My friend told me this tale of cooking her first meal for her husbands' family...she was just wed and had everyone over..while at the table...she saw something sticking out of the back of the turkey//it was the innards of the bird!! She had no idea they were in the bird!!!( her husbands' family owns a restaurant* She said she was so embarrassed..but they took it well.
